Terutama yang sering menimpa pengendara sepeda motor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dengan menyalakan lampu pada siang hari, maka pengendara sepeda motor akan terhindar dari kecelakaan, dikarenakan terlihat oleh kendaraan lain baik dari arah berlawanan maupun yang searah, hal ini diatur di dalam Pasal 293 ayat (1) jo pasal 107 ayat (1), UU No 22 Tahun 2009&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kita sebagai warga negara yang patuh Hukum siap dengan pasal tersebut diatas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tetapi ada beberapa pertanyaan yang perlu di sharingkan kita semua bro...&lt;br /&gt;1. Dunia sedang gencar dengan Global Warming (Apa itu tidak meningkatkan Suhu?)&lt;br /&gt;2. Berkurangnya angka kecelakaan khusus sepeda motor (Signifikankah angka yang timbul ?)&lt;br /&gt;3. Mereka akan menyayangi motornya sebagai mana mereka menyayangi diri sendiri mereka enggan meresikokan motornya rusak karena melakukan manuver berbahaya dijalanan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  * Seoarang bikers sejati akan &lt;b&gt;&lt;U&gt;menjaga nama baik komunitasnya&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/U&gt;, sehingga kendati hasrat untuk melakukan arogansi saat berkendara sendiri-konvoi tetap ada namun mereka akan berpikir 2 kali sebelum bertindak arogan. Karena jika terjadi maka mereka akan sadar betul bahwa tindakanya dapat merusak image komunitasnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  * Bikers sejati biasanya akan &lt;b&gt;&lt;U&gt;malu-sungkan melakukan pelanggaran hukum&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/U&gt;. Seperti melawan arah, berkendara di atas trotoar hingga melakukan tindakan tidak terhormat seperti kabur ketika menyerempet spion mobil ditengah kemacetan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  * Saat konvoi bikers sejati umumnya &lt;b&gt;&lt;U&gt;memikirkan kepentingan pengguna jalan lainya&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/U&gt;, sehingga mereka tidak akan menahan laju kendaraan lainya hanya sekedar karena tidak ingin konvoinya terputus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  * Bikers sejati biasanya akan &lt;b&gt;&lt;U&gt;memahami betul apa yang disebut dengan Safety riding&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/U&gt;. Piranti keamanan standar merupakan piranti minimal yang ia kenakan saat berkendara. Nama Binter adalah singkatan dari "Bintang Terang", yaitu nama perusahaan distributor sepeda motor ini. Merek ini terakhir digunakan pada tahun 1983 ketika Kawasaki di Indonesia menutup usahanya. Sepeda motor Kawasaki di kemudian hari membuka kembali usahanya di Indonesia tetapi tidak lagi menggunakan merek "Binter"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Binter Merzy / KZ200 adalah sepeda motor kelas menengah dengan mesin 200 cc silinder tunggal. Motor ini adalah sepeda motor produksi massal resmi terbesar kapasitas mesinnya di Indonesia sampai pada saat Suzuki Thunder 250cc diluncurkan di Indonesia.&lt;br /&gt;Pada tahun 1983, sepeda motor ini mengadopsi sistem CDI sampai produksinya dihentikan pada tahun 1984. Awal produksi spesifikasi ini disebut Merzy CDI.&lt;br /&gt;Pada tahun 1984, Selama masa produksi terdapat 1 kali perubahan model ditahun akhir dari model pendahulunya menjadi lebih sporty atau yang biasa disebut merzy new tank atau Merzy Cobra.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pada Waktu tersebut Kawasaki Motor pernah direncanakan akan meluncurkan model baru dengan peningkatan kapasitas mesin 250 cc. Namun, karena di Indonesia peraturan pemerintah pada waktu itu menolak hal tersebut Karena Peraturan di Indonesia pada waktu itu membatasi kapasitas maksimum mesin 200 cc motor untuk umum.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Motor ini telah menjadi favorit untuk dimodifikasi menjadi bentuk motor chopper ala Harley Davidson a.k.a. PPH (Pura-Pura Harley), dan sampai sekarang masih banyak penggemarnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Produk-produk Binter adalah:&lt;br /&gt;1. Mengendarai motor saat kondisi musim hujan seperti ini memang cukup mengganggu dan perlu ekstra hati – hati dalam menempuh perjalanan. Berikut adalah beberapa tips yang perlu diperhatikan sehingga berkendara tetap aman dan nyaman.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Usahakan menggunakan jas hujan atau mantel yang berwarna cerah. Agar dapat terlihat dengan jelas oleh pengendara dibelakang kita. Pilihlah jas hujan yang  prakstis dan sepasang (baju dan celana), walaupun pemakaiannya memakan waktu lebih lama dibandingkan dengan model ponco, model pakaian memberikan perlindungan yang lebih baik. Selain itu jas hujan dengan model ponco bisa membahayakan dan sangat rawan terasangkut pada roda atau terjepit jari – jari dan gir motor. Selain itu model jas hujan ini juga dapat menggangu pengendara yang lain karena sering berkibar – kibar. Bahan jas hujan sebaiknya terbuat dari  PVC daripada bahan parasut. Bahan PVC lebih tebal dan lebih rapat sehingga air tidak merembes melalui pori-pori bahan yang digunakan. Bahan parasut juga tidak awet, karena biasanya bahan parasut dilapisi filament penangkal air yang lama-kelamaan filamentnya akan rontok.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Gunakanlah helm penutup standar dengan penutup kaca (full face). Agar pandangan kita saat berkendara tidak terganggu terpaan hujan. Selain itu oleskan cairan anti silau yang biasa dipakai dimobil pada kaca helm. Atau oleskan tembakau pada permukaan kaca helm, diamkan sesaat kemudian bersihkan. Hal ini berguna untuk mengurangi embun.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Perhatikan kondisi ban, gunakanlah ban dengan kondisi yang baik. Dalam arti ban tidak dalam keadaan gundul atau aus. Karena ban dengan kondisi yang telah habis alur kembangannya bisa menyebabkan slip dan membuat jarak pengereman semakin panjang. Selain itu turunkan tekanan ban 3 sampai 5 psi. Dengan sedikit mengempiskannya ban yang menempel pada permukaan aspal akan semakin banyak dan mengurangi resiko slip.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Selalu nyalakan lampu depan saat hujan. Agar pengendara dari lawan arah dapat melihat. Dan hal ini juga membantu pengendara lain agar waspada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Hindari pengereman mendadak. Jika sampai harus melakukan pengereman, usahakan kaki bergerak seolah-olah seperti sifat Antilock Brake System, yaitu tekan-angkat. Jadi lakukan pengereman dengan cara menginjak pedal rem, lepaskan kemudian injak lagi. Lakukan beberapa kali.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Perkirakanlah ketinggian air di jalan perlu yang kita lewati secara tepat. Jika genangan air kurang lebih 25cm, sepeda motor masih bisa melaju. Bila ketinggiannya lebih dari itu, sebaiknya berbalik arah dan mengambil jalan lain. Mesin sepeda motor diluncurkan pada 1905 dengan mesin kecil Minerva.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BSA memiliki reputasi baik untuk sepeda motor handal dan sukses tumbuh dengan berlakunya S27 (juga dikenal sebagai model sloper), dihasilkan selama 10 tahun dan telah tersedia di 350cc, 500cc dan kemudian dengan mesin 595cc. Seluruh produksinya sedikit berubah ke desain aslinya yang populer. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pada 1937 Walter Handley raced BSA adalah bintang dengan kecepatan 100mph &lt;br /&gt;(160 k/h) dalam sebuah lomba. Ini prestasi yang diperoleh motor dengan predikat bintang  yang kemudian diadaptasi oleh BSA dan selanjutnya model bernama Gold Star. Gold Star menjadi sangat populer dan roadster balap sepeda. Ia tetap dalam produksi sampai 1963. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Akhir tahun 1950-an melihat berlakunya A7 (500cc) dan kemudian A10 (650cc). Berbagai jenis model yang telah dihasilkan dengan nama seperti Super Flash atau Road Rocket. Dengan model sangat sederhana dalam tampilan dan tidak ada yang sangat luar biasa, tetapi mereka adalah yang handal dan merupakan alasan utama bagi mereka tetap populer. Dengan model yang ada menjadikan BSA adalah merek dagang. Pada tahun 1962 mereka telah digantikan oleh A50 (500cc) dan A65 (650cc). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BSA 750cc menghasilkan Rocket Three Triple yang dikembangkan dan diproduksi dengan kesulitan biaya. Karena kerugian besar di perusahaan, BSA dibeli oleh perusahaan Norton Villiers. Matchless bought Sunbeam in the late thirties, but Sunbeam was sold to BSA in 1943.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After that the only "true" AJS models, as far as AJS enthusiasts were concerned, were the racing 7Rs, Porcupines and the pre-war AJS Four. The shared models were considered by some AJS fans to be only badge engineered Matchless models. In 1935 the Matchless/AJS hairpin valve springs made their first appearance. Matchless supplied engines for the V-twin versions of the Morgan three-wheeler from 1933 until Morgan production was halted by the outbreak of World War II in 1939. From 1935 on they were Morgan's exclusive supplier of V-twin engines. Sosok biker lebih dihargai kalo dia punya spd motor yang lebih mahal atau lebih gede mesinnya lebih keren modifnya atau lebih lebar bannya, dan yang lebih lainya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seharusnya bukan itu, bro... sosok biker seharusnya lebih dihargai karena kepribadiannya, bukan spd motornya (yang lebih-lebih tadi dilihat dari fisik spd motornya), tetapi bagaimana cara dia berprilaku di jalan, santun terhadap pemakai jalan lain. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Disiplin terhadap rambu-rambu dan aturan lantas kelengkapan riding gear juga diperhatikan bagaimana kontribusi dia terhadap komunitas bikernya&lt;br /&gt;ikut menyelesaikan masalah dalam komunitasnya dan ikut membesarkan&lt;br /&gt;komunitasnya, tidak pasif juga bagaimana dia bersikap terhadap komunitas biker lainnya, tidak fanatic yang sempit (yang justru akan memecah komunitasnya).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Memiliki wawasan yang luas terhadap dunia biker tidak hanya terbatas komunitas tempatnya bernaung tidak hanya terbatas pada spd motor yang dimiliki bila semua poin diatas telah dimiliki.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Itulah yang disebut dengan Biker Sejati, sosok itulah yang seharusnya dihargai&lt;br /&gt;dalam Komunitas spd motor. Yakni berbentuk pelat baja, berbentuk pipa atau gabungan keduanya. Sedang jenis pipa ada dua. Tube atau bulat dan kotak. “Kotak biasanya lebih balans sedang tube lebih gampang dibentuk,” kata Freddyanto Basuki, Assistant Manager Service Division, PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia (KMI).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fungsi rangka memang vital. Sebagai penahan beban, penerima getaran juga pengendalian. Uniknya, tiap pabrikan motor menyodorkan rancang bangun rangka beragam, sesuai kebutuhan dan nilai lebih masing-masing.&lt;br /&gt;Jelasnya, semua harus memenuhi persyaratan keamanan lewat kombinasi unsur penting. Seperti rancangan sudut rake dan panjang lengan ayun. Semua mengacu pada center gravity atau titik seimbang motor yang ada di tengah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SEGITIGA (DIAMOND)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Misal di Jupiter MX 135LC atau Kawasaki KZ200. Di brosur tertera diamond frame untuk mengistilahkan rancang sasis. “Bahan pilihan pipa tubular. Bentuk diamond mengacu pada center bone ke belakang yang berbentuk diamond dengan tulang bawah (underbone),” kata Dede Anwarudin, kepala mekanik PT Yamaha Kencana Cemerlang Motor zona Cileduk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Menurut Dede, sasis seperti itu ideal untuk Jupiter MX yang berkarakter lincah dan kuat. “Tubular segitiga di bagian tengah membuat kompak,” jelas Dede.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sasis diamond bertulang bawah di motor baru sebenarnya pengembangan dari sasis underbone murni. Baik yang gabungan pipa pelat atau pipa doang. Agar lebih kokoh, setelah center-bone dibuatkan lagi pipa berbentuk segitiga.&lt;br /&gt;Frame diamond juga diaplikasi pada motor bertulang atas alias back-bone seperti pada Honda tipe CB, GL series, dan Suzuki Thunder tanpa jembatan (cradle) di bagian bawah. Honda Tiger dan New Tiger juga menggunakan diamond frame.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CRADLE (JEMBATAN)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Secara konstruksi, gaya ini lebih kokoh. Sebab tulang bawahnya nyambung ke center-bone dan menopang mesin bawah. Konstruksi ini terbagi atas single cradle, double cradle dan semi double cradle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Single alias satu pipa, bisa dilihat dari konstruksi Honda GL atau CB. Double cradle atau jembatan ganda dengan ciri khas dua pipa sejajar di bagian bawah. Bisa dilihat pada motor besar macam Honda CB750 Yamaha XS650, Harley-Davidson.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Namun ada juga yang ber-cc kecil seperti Yamaha RX-King dan Scorpio-Z juga mengaplikasi sasis model double cradle. Kawasaki Ninja juga berada di keluarga ini. “Desain seperti ini sangat kokoh,” jelas Dede.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Keluarga cradle lain adalah semi double cradle. Dari down-tube tunggal ke bawah bercabang dua untuk menopang mesin. Sasis ini diaplikasi pada CB 175 juga Suzy TS juga Kawasaki KZ200 alias Binter Merzy dan beberapa kuda besi jenis trail.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;TULANG T ATAU TULANG 7&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bisa disebut juga pola back-bone dengan posisi mesin tergantung pada palang atas besar yang biasanya dari pelat baja yang ditempa. Motor klasik seperti Harley-Davidson Sprint 1964, Honda S90/110 atau Suzuki A100 series memakai prinsip ini. Selain bisa nostalgia, paling enak diajak turing bareng bro-bro klub.&lt;br /&gt;Repotnya, kalau mesin lagi ngadat. Maklum, spare-part motor tahun jebot, susah didapatkan. Apalagi mereka yang tinggal di daerah terpencil. Kalaupun ada, harganya segunung. Muahal, jack.&lt;br /&gt;Tapi usah resah dan gelisah. Bisa simak bocorannya dari Sunar Efendi, pentolan bengkel Lestari Motor yang buka di Jl. Kupang Gunung Timur, Surabaya. Akrab dipanggil Cak Nar. Yuk, kita bahas satu-satu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Piston&lt;br /&gt;Silinder Kawak Merzy yang sudah oversize habis, jangan keburu dibuang. Menurut Cak Nar, masih bisa diisi dengan piston standar bawaan mobil Honda Life. Harganya Rp 150 ribu plus 3 ring piston. Lebih hemat, karena di Merzy cuma butuh satu ring doang. Satu dipakai, sisanya buat stok. Tinggal sesuaikan diameter pistonnya. Caranya, ya kudu dibawa ke tukang bubut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Klep&lt;br /&gt;Sulit cari klep orsi Binter Merzy, kanibal aja dari Hijet 1000 atau Daihatsu Zebra. Tapi nggak langsung pas. Bibir klep kudu dibubut menyesuaikan standarnya. “Harganya nggak lebih dari Rp 50 ribu,” jelas Cak Nar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pengapian&lt;br /&gt;Binter Merzy keluaran setelah 1984, pengapian sudah CDI. Bila rusak, gunakan CDI Suzuki Shogun. Jika rusak koilnya, comot koil busi GL-Max/Pro. Caranya, kabel positif disambung ke CDI. Sedang kabel negatif masuk ke ground.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kampas Kopling&lt;br /&gt;Kanibal sama CB250 atau ring besinya dibuatkan kampas baru di tukang kampas mobil biaya per biji Rp 20.000.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kampas Rem&lt;br /&gt;Sulit berburu? Tanya ke toko onderdil, apa punya kampas rem RX-Special atau RX-S? Nah, peranti ini bisa diterapkan di Binter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kabel Kopling&lt;br /&gt;Jika cuma kabel bajanya sih dapat pakai punya Vespa. Tapi paling sip pakai kopling RX-S, Spesial atau keluarganya.
